When I got the item(Mar 8), it did not have the 4k screen that was advertised. Hopefully, they change the ad. 23 days later the touchscreen doesn't work and there's a problem with the screen hinge. It's pretty weak. Works well otherwise, it's now been 31 days. Touchscreens generally have glare. Friend, I suggest you get a cheaper computer. After 3 different $1000 laptops breaking quickly, I noticed a trend. I suggest you spend only $500 on a good computer. The several I've bought at $500 have all lasted much longer.Great product. This bugger really flies. The SSD & RAM upgrades make it oh so fast. Pretty fast full 1080 video processing fits my needs quite well. This is my first Lenovo, but I bought based on my wife's work laptop that it several years old and is still a workhorse.The seller Happy Ranger made the buying experience excellent.EDIT:I really must say that this seller is among the best here. You are awesome!!This is not a touch screen. It does not have fingerprint ID capability. Not Windows 11! Very disappointedAfter 5 months of purchasing this computer, one day it just would not start. Screen went blue, error message and Boot Message on again and again with message of Hard Drive not detected. I still had a few days of the Lenovo warranty and I sent it for repair. I came back and the problem persisted, so I had to send it to Lenovo again. I am waiting to see if they can repair it. AVOID your self the pain and stress and don't buy this.Worth every penny.I have always went with Intel but decided due to budget concerns to go with the much cheaper AMD. I did the research and shows itoutperformed the 10th gen i7 and also very close to the 11th gen i7. So I gave this much cheaper model a go... And I have been super happy! Using it for running 4 screens and it's amazing how fast it is and i have never had such a quite machine. So far I ran into 1 glitch... In order to turn it on everything must be unplugged. Once it's booted up then I plug everything back in. Anyway that's not a big deal. I really love the laptop and recommend it. Price for what you get is unbeatable on Amazon.No me gustó en lo absoluto, primera, cuando llegó, llegó con una fuga de luz (no es grave), después cuando estaba en Edge, marco pantalla azul y se reinició sola, y ahora aparece una pantalla azul que no se quita ni reiniciando el equipo... Ya pedí mi reembolso.Trámite la devolución y elTiempo de respuesta del reembolso fue mayor al que la página de Amazon indica e incluso, al tiempo máximo que me informaron los operadores telefónicos. Muy mala experiencia.Regrese la computadora por que al estar realizando la instalación, la pantalla presentaba una línea vertical, la reinicie dos veces y persistía así que decidí regresarla. No pude probarla mas allá salvo la primera impresión que los materiales se sentían algo simples.muy buen producto y a un precio razonable, lo único malo es que venia con 470g SSD en vez de los 512gSSD, y que los ventiladores son u poco molestos, de ahí en mas todo esta perfecto.Fue entregado un día antes de lo estipulado. Equipo con buenas prestaciones, rápido arranque, liviana, delgada, buena capacidad del disco SSD. Tiene sólo 2 puertos USB, un poco ruidosa cuando se enciende el abanico. Buena relación costo beneficio, recomendable para estudiantes y profesionistas.Una muy buena lap me gustó mucho su capacidad de memoria y rapides ya que uso programas pesados, lo único es que la pantalla no tiene mucha luz al menos que esté conectada al cargador.
